booked a 1 hour service slot and it worked well
Warranty issues resolved reasonably quickly
At one stage I was offered the service for £250 as I could not make that day , I was then charged £300
It would be nice to offer a curtesy car for customers who leave their cars for service. There was no such option when I was booking a service.
Work has done the car been cleaned and vaccumed. Polite staff

1. Service booking, had to wait almost 4 weeks to get a collect and drop slot2. Date changed 2days after booking3. Car picked up late, service not completed and had to go back again4. Problem with the car not identified or fixed, still an issue
I paid to investigate noise comin from back of the car and noise is still there but you didnt find anything

The service was generally very ok, the video sent by the team summarizing the work done is highly welcome. The servicing team also gives details of what needs to be changed and a price estimate.Hari Hirani @ Berry Heathrow also kept me updated.
I think the video tour by the mechanic is a brilliant idea. Luckily I had no problems but can see how that could be used as a diagnostic tool. It also shows me a side of my car that I will hopefully never see!

I was collected from Heathrow Airport, shown into the dealership, shown to the well equipped waiting area and offered multiple cups of coffee whilst I had a short wait for my vehicle to be brought round. Superb service!
