Only not five star due to NOT opening at the correct time 7.30am and having to wait in the car and cold till 8.30ish.
Did what they said they would
Ongoing issue with car which I've taken into this dealership twice. Each time I am given different, conflicting information which does not help build my trust in your brand
Stephanie Rout at Berry Heathrow handled the work on my car right through to completion. It was brought in for a drivetrain error but she was able to organise the service and also maintenance on the screenwash which had stopped working.
Previously after a service the car came back dirty with grease marks on the leather which left my family extremely unhappy...but on this occasion our car came back fully valeted which is all I ever wanted and all the service issues resolved...Great!
Hari kept me informed throughout the whole process. Hari informed me of my rear brakes and scheduled a call from him in January to get it sorted.

Although satisfied with the lady who missed and received me ie service representative, I was very disappointed with the actual service.Mainly tmrw fact that my window wipers which leave streaks weren't replaced and therefore looked at.

Received updates on the service of my X1.Question. Arent cars supposed to be cleaned after a service? My X1 was not.Driver delivered my car had no knowledge/experience of BMWs, parked the car, left the engine running & in gear. Unimpressed.
It took a bit of organising and I was charged 7 days parking although the the car was obviously not in the car park all that time. Another time, I will choose a shorter trip. We also had to wait about 30 minutes to collect the car at the Sofitel.
The staff are really friendly and courteous. I like the video that was sent to me showing my car being serviced and having all the checks done.
Again due to the false information given regarding costs

From the first moment of making contact with the service dept., the entire process is effortless, the staff treat you with respect, courtesy and are very professional.
I have always been happy with the care and communications given to me while the car is being serviced .
Not only was the car diagnosed by Monday lunchtime, I had a call around 4.30 pm to tell me the car would be ready at 5.30 pm and it had been valeted.I would have given 100% in this survey for everything but for that initial phone call.

Second time car has been scratched after service at BMW Heathrow. Although car is repaired very disappointed that BMW does nothing to compensate. As mentioned second incident. Also calls not returned and information not passed on.

Overall very good. Just one concern was that they failed to pick up the fact I had just had a new tyre fitted when checking tyre tread depths. Makes you wonder what else is being missed.
They delivered it back and had been valeted.
