Poor customer service, original sales person was slow to answer emails and follow up. Moved over to Humza who has been good this far. Rudeness from senior management who were disorganised and repeatedly asked us to come in.
Prompt and courteous service. Service was done on time and communication was good.
Too quick and feed back given before collecting the car
I had the waiting appointment and it was serviced on-time. I had a place to work while I waited. Brilliant.
The fix on my car was quick, BUT my replacement car was poor. I had to arrange the pickup of replacement myself, if I hadn't the replacement car would still be sitting outside my house. The car wasn't cleaned when it was returned.
I don't see any problem and satisfaction.
Since I've brought my vehicle, I've dealt with two people at BMW Heathrow Stephanie Rout and Carlton King. Both have been very professional and treated me as more then just a customer when I've come in or made enquiries.
Could not collect or deliver my car at a convenient time. Prices are too high for MOT/service/diagnostics/bodyshop compared with other dealerships. My car wasn't valeted after my booking. I had to wait 30 mins extra.
My airbag was not replaced, I do not trust my car now.
The service was exceptional though the valet to the car was poor.

The experience with the team has been good. The manager Pritesh is understanding ang helpful. Just not satisfied that one of the issue with the car remains.

Service has been good from the people I have come in contact with over the last 6 months. However not impressed with the quality of the valet of my car after it had to go into the garage last week. Clearly rushed with water Mark's all over the car.
I was very pleased with the service received and will use you in the future, however I had problems using the system to pay the bill. It maybe the system is overly complicated, asking if I was a "Robot", or at 80 years of age the problem was me!
The service is average, but expensive without the benefits. Other dealers offer car pickups and drop offs upto 10 miles, but Berry's does not even offer a pickup from the closest station
Had to leave the car whole day just for brake fluid service.
From beginning to end, I felt made welcome by the Berry team, including Reception.
They did what I expected in a profesional matter
The A/C is still not functioning fully after waiting 6 weeks for an appointment. The condenser was replaced, however the A/C is still blowing hot air after 1 hour of driving.

Had recall, a month waiting for work, no text or email as a reminder Called the day I thought it was in and phone lines down so had to call customer service BMW Recall done, badges done on seats! Tech ripped leather on seats so replaced,without car7
Sry happy with final results but had to wait over a month for a booking to have a known problem with your Connect drive system looked at.
Berry Heathrow sorted all my problems
Would have been 'completely satisfied' if the wipers were fitted correctly.
Very happy, very good job, suppose to be completely satisfied but one point away from this which they left the booth contains in mess and didn't put it back as how it was because they use the key to open the wheels.

This rating is solely for the outstanding customer service I received from Ali. For the first time ever, I was given an in-depth explanation of the service itself. I felt extremely at ease and actually understood the whole procedure.
Lot of focus on selling you a new car instead on taking care of existing customers
The car is sold on specifications which in practice are incorrect. When queried all you is a lack of response.
Each time I attend something seems to be forgotten or not completed 1st service the service counter was not reset 2nd service I was asked why I didn't go to a nearer BMW garage to my home and the bonnet of my car wasn't shut by the service engineers
I didn't feel like a valued customer. My car has been damaged and the service manager has still not called me back.
Easiest car purchase ever; all figures were open and transparent, no hidden extras built in like gap and paint protection. Most of the communication was via email. Brilliant, no complaints.
Smooth and efficient hand over meaning I was on the road in less than 40 minutes. Perfect.
Delivery was prompt and prep well in time. The software wasn't updated before taking the delivery but Hamzah is providing v good after sale support.
When I picked the car up they made it really special
