They have been extremely helpful, polite and efficient in everything apart from the transfer of my personal number plate when purchasing the car.
Several crucial miscommunications and considerable delays.Not as good as our previous service visits.
Initially mentioned that they will change a wiper part but did not change it. Quality of work is good though.

Generally good service, but concerned about failure to properly fix windscreen washer. Also slightly annoyed to have to wait a lot longer than expected for return of car and had to phone to find out where it was - had to pay extra for this service.

overall very good service-only small gaps were failing to pass on the collection instructions to the collection driver. Speed of connecting through switchboard now good-for the first time in years-(hopefully)shows that they are listening to feedback

My car was booked for engine oil service which was all done in time OK. The guys didn't take care about cleaning the car properly. I am sure it was cleaned from inside but the quality of cleaning was so bad that it felt like car wasn't cleaned from
When I first walked into the Berry branch, I was greeted with politeness and respect. The lady at the reception had a smile on her face and I knew that I would be having a really good experience. My car was also cleaned and was not expecting that.

Berry Heathrow have been extremely helpful and communicative, which can sometimes be lacking when buying a car. The centre itself is clean and has good facilities.
