I was treated well even when they know the cae wouldn't be ready it was explained to me why I wasn't getting my car at the specified time.

My vehicle was in for some work under warranty BMWwere refusing to do the work under warranty as someone had left a cover off.I would like to point out that BMW are the only ones to have worked on my vehicle and therefore must have been BMW

I ordered pick up and delivery service. But nobody came on the day. I had to brought the car myself.

Not 5 star as they have wiped off all my settings on the computer. I feel rather vulnerable now that my security setting of all but drivers door being locked, have been removed. Anyone can reach in and steal my laptop or jump into the back seats.

Customer service was poor. I did booking for my car service a month ago however no body bothers to send me reminder and on my enquiry about timing one day before my booking date I was told I had no booking.
I was completely satisfied with my service experience because the issue I was experiencing with my vehicle had been sorted out, I was contacted by BMW and advised about other potential parts which neeed changing which I thought was professional
Most parts on a BMW are linked to the registration. The same doesn't apply to the wheel locking nuts. The guy had to go to the car and try each one before he found one that fitted. Best that I don't talk about the price. £27! What a rip off!

Received the vehicle with massive marks on the front right alloy wheel. Complain raised with the customer service but so far they are not acknowledging the issue.

As above, I was inconvenienced with no effort to accomodate me. I am a busy hospital consultant, it is very difficult to take time off work without compromising patients.

After having a faulty brand new mini from the same dealership and experiencing extremely terrible customer service with the dealership I was very surprised at my most recent trip. It was a breath of fresh air and I was pleasantly surprised.

Always enjoyed driving a BMW, and my present car is no different.The n;y criticism I have is that some of the parts fitted, eg Indicator and wiper levers are very flimsy and not as sturdy as in my previous BMW 530D. Doors also seem lighter.
