I have an intermittent clutch issue which i have reported to Berry on 2 occations. On the 1st occation they found the issue, but never fixed it and on the second occation they were not able to find the fault. 1 week later the problem is back!

My vehicle was booked in for an issue with the DAB radio. Instead of thoroughly investigating the issue a routine software update was carried out which 'should' have sorted out the issue with the DAB but did not.

I queried work I was not happy with. It took over a week + 2 phone calls for the dept. manager to make contact. After speaking with him was informed he'd check with his team and come back to me - it's been 2 weeks and still no response. VERY POOR!!

I felt the customer service was exceptionally and I would like to single out Hari Hirani for this. Hari gave plenty of time explaining what needed to be carried out on the car and kept me fully up to date with the progress of the vehicle.

Great and easy booking - lovely staff - very polite and attentive. My concern (again) was the service took a lot longer than was suggested. Again, despite making it really clear (mentioned it five times on booking) the garage did not seem to be ready

The first available slot with courtesy car was weeks away from my booking. The vehicle needed service due to fault the car was sold with yet the garage tried to charge me for insurance. I am not convinced the fault is totally clear.

My experience this time with BMW wasnt as good as the previous times.Didn't like the loan car ( requested a different model but got given a different one), it was dirty when i was given it and kept getting a warning light after 3 miles of it!

Poor liaison Berry Chiswick ordering windscreen & Berry Heathrow fitting it. Told new panel below windscreen not possible but Parts Department said it costs £30. As before, the car was returned with oil marks on seat. Mirror housing not fitted well.

Service from the staff was excellent but I would have been happier if the cause of the fault had been fixed. Same fault occurred 2 years ago but the same fix wasn't applied as the fault could not be replicated (it's an intermittent loss of power).

You may not think so but for me it took far too long to service my car. I dropped it off at 7.30am and picked it up circa 3.15pm without the wash/vac as that would have taken another hour. Why is this box limited to just 250 characters?.....

The requirements of the service were not carried out as promised. I. E . No video sent by email, no service history updated on the cars computer when collecting. Waiting time is too long.
