Was served by Ali who did everything he could to make my experience a smooth one. A day service completed in 2 hours which is exceptional.
I like it that Berry's practice includes picking up and returning my car to my home. It saves me time and so its a good practice to do. The service is very good and attentive. I also like the vehicle health check which gives me reaasurance.

Professional and job done with car returned clean
WiFi connectivity whilst waiting would be good. Also, the car was washed but dried on one side so the other side had water marks which I saw when I got home. Water marks on the interior dash also - not what I expected from BMW to be honest
Overall very good, but there were occasions that could have made better. Especially front office were sometimes not very friendly
Price overstated then charged correctly when I collected the car however the rep tried to claim the reduction was due to them not cleaning the car. How stupid do people think customers are. Price paid was as quoted at booking.
Always get excellent service, I prefer to use Berry over my local dealer (Sytner)

Why have my service indicators not been reset? For a bmw service this is a very basic error. 2 points removed for this. I have also been charged for a washer refill when I have plenty of spare fluid in the boot of my car. 1 point removed for this
Car was involved in accident and collected a road fine whilst in their care. Although now resolved the method of escalation and remediation was to complicated and could have been handled much better. However the car service was fine.
the service was fine but also included a complete valet. When inspected later the back of the car was splattered with mud and the boot water channels had not been cleaned- leaf debris and dirt remained. Otherwise OK
Agreed for a lift after drop off but, they couldn't do as I was half an hour late.
My car didn't get cleaned after service due to supposed backlog at cleaning bay.
Ive previously ordered parts, waited several months, cancelled order and went elsewhere. Waited on response about possible repairs but heard nothing back

Ashley Slaughter from the Berry-Chiswick branch was great, and offered a discount due to misunderstanding but the Heathrow branch made excuses & in the end charged me full price anyway.NO parts had been ordered in on the day of repair so took 2 days.
Very poor Tracy Brown mention Darren Grantham, service manager at BMW Berry Heathrow for him to look into and get back to me next 48hr. Unfortunately no one get back untill now.

If only all things in life could be so simple and transparent. Darren Grantham made the entire process of booking in my vehicle for service through to collecting my vehicle post service and taking me through the works completed.
Sharon was very helpful and polite a credit to Berrys but we were disapointed with the heath check which pointed out defects in the rear brakes which we had changed only 12,000 miles ago and last serviced 1100 miles ago on the 15/02/2018 no faults?

Poor customer service. Customer doesnt seem important! Booked online for service but was told cannot be done. Did not receive any phone or email to let me know in advance and no alternatives were provided. I had to insist to be served!

The car has been delayed for 2months since I ordered. I was pushed to pay the deposit the day I made my purchase but I got the vehicle after 2 months, which made it unhappy experience.
As above and the care taken of us during the wait - even the sales manager lied to us about passing on a message to us about insurance of the loan vehicle over the Xmas period
David was fantastic, great communication and sorted me with a nice deal on my new m140i. Also flew me down and collected me from the airport on handover day.
