The service was carried out with no problem. I thought I would be sent a brief report of the work which I suggested should be carried out under the warranty but did not receive this. I did clarify the relevant points in a series of e-mails afterwar
My service was not completed on the scheduled day, meaning I had to return the following day. Then I had to return the following day to have the CBS status reset.

Reason giving 3.5 start because it's for few reason. First is- I had to go back again on same day to replace wipers. They mention to replace but never complete job.
My car was damaged during its time in the service dept. When I complained about this, I have been told by the Reception Manager that this damage could not have been caused by service dept.!

Even though Berry Heathrow is not my closest BMW garage I have been buying and sending my cars for service since 2001. Service has always been good and Carlton in the body repair centre has been very helpful.

Able to book a service and MOT within 5 days of my initial contact to BMW, on dropping my vehicle on the morning when the service & MOT where to take place I requested a quick turnaround and despite being very busy the vehicle was ready in 2 hours.
Friendly and courteous staff. Comfortable waiting area. Only not 5 star due to the MOT taking nearly two hours.
Car took longer than 90 mins which sometimes happens but should not take nearly two hours especially if i have plans. Better communication would be recommended.

I was happy with the service and made to feel comfortable whilst I was there. I went there thinking that my car had an oil inspection was due, but after my key was read, it turned out that the service was a lot more expensive than first thought
The service element was fine however the driver that returned my car , kerbed both wheels. He was happy to give me the keys and go , only when I stopped him and inspected the car I noticed it and he then still denied it, despite damage on the tyres.

Communication as usual was great from the team, car was collected as agreed and service completed. Only issue was car not being washed before return - not a huge problem as was offered for my car to be collected/washed/returned at an alternate time.

I came in because the flat tyre indicator was illuminated and I needed the car to be dealt with quickly. The technicians were very thorough and found I did not need a new tyre but gave recommendations for brake pads that needed renewing.
Initial part of the service with Jessica started off really well and,professional. After I reported damage to my car alloys, there was no interest in trying to resolve the issue and all I got was complete denial. So much for the "before" video taken
Overall very satisfied but a little confused by the text I was sent with a video of my MOT and the commentary which I misheard as there being a problem. I wasn't expecting the text to be sent.

The car was collected locally at 8.00am and returned after 5pm, a long time to do a service.The content of my glovebox was left all over the back seats!
