Several crucial miscommunications and considerable delays.Not as good as our previous service visits.
Initially mentioned that they will change a wiper part but did not change it. Quality of work is good though.
Sharon was good on the phone and kept me updated with the repair.
Generally good service, but concerned about failure to properly fix windscreen washer. Also slightly annoyed to have to wait a lot longer than expected for return of car and had to phone to find out where it was - had to pay extra for this service.

overall very good service-only small gaps were failing to pass on the collection instructions to the collection driver. Speed of connecting through switchboard now good-for the first time in years-(hopefully)shows that they are listening to feedback

Stephanie Rout at Berry Heathrow handled the work on my car right through to completion. It was brought in for a drivetrain error but she was able to organise the service and also maintenance on the screenwash which had stopped working.
Previously after a service the car came back dirty with grease marks on the leather which left my family extremely unhappy...but on this occasion our car came back fully valeted which is all I ever wanted and all the service issues resolved...Great!
Hari kept me informed throughout the whole process. Hari informed me of my rear brakes and scheduled a call from him in January to get it sorted.
We werent given correct information several times. Salesman gave several wrong information which i had to research myself to correction. He also forced us to get several insurances on car without respecting that i denied to get them.
