Not great due to not completing my service
very professional, experts at what they do.
After having a faulty brand new mini from the same dealership and experiencing extremely terrible customer service with the dealership I was very surprised at my most recent trip. It was a breath of fresh air and I was pleasantly surprised.

Lack of response on the car repair. Which broke down several times within first month and even more times within first 3 months. Company hardly replies to our email and update us about anything. They have failed to repair it several times.

Like above, kept me well informed about the work they were doing, at a competitive price, washed and cleaned the car, and even told me about further issues that may come up.

Car had to be kept for extra day as replacement part was not in stock.

Initially mentioned that they will change a wiper part but did not change it. Quality of work is good though.

Generally good service, but concerned about failure to properly fix windscreen washer. Also slightly annoyed to have to wait a lot longer than expected for return of car and had to phone to find out where it was - had to pay extra for this service.

The sales process was surprisingly very pleasant and the sales person Mirel Caba has shown a lot of patience in helping us choose the right vehicle and finding us the right vehicle. This was probably my best experience as customer for high value item
This is now the 3rd car we've bought from Berry BMW which basically says it all. It's a pleasure to do business with Mirel and I hope we can continue to do so in the future.
Always enjoyed driving a BMW, and my present car is no different.The n;y criticism I have is that some of the parts fitted, eg Indicator and wiper levers are very flimsy and not as sturdy as in my previous BMW 530D. Doors also seem lighter.

Berry Heathrow have been extremely helpful and communicative, which can sometimes be lacking when buying a car. The centre itself is clean and has good facilities.
Very nice and accomodating but would be better if there was more to keep younger children entertained (i.e. ipads with pre-downloaded appropriate games / shows, lego etc)

As I walked in I was asked to wait for my sales rep and was given a lovely latte with biscuits. Picking up your first brand new car can be intimidating but the staff at BMW were kind enough to guide through every step.
