We're proud to have been chosen as the Official Automotive Partner for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. And it's all thanks to our EfficientDynamics programme. By combining maximum performance with minimum energy expenditure we were more than able to meet the challenging CO2 emission targets set for the Games. Come summer 2012 over 4,000 of our vehicles will help athletes and officials make their appointment with history.

We want to help the athletes qualify and succeed at the Games too. Behind our intelligent technologies lies an understanding that even the smallest change can make a big difference to performance – something that every athlete knows. In the coming months we'll be working with Games hopefuls to see how we can actively support them through our world-leading technical expertise. We're calling it the BMW London 2012 Performance Programme. Watch this space. It's going to be an amazing journey.
