They seem to have resolved the issue with the breaks but I didn't receive any information about the overall service. I explained that I was unhappy with the brake pads getting worn and needing to be replaced so quickly but the response wasn't great.

Left out stars because they did not fix the back light when it was discussed and agreed it will be done. I was told it was done only to pick up the car and see it was not. Very disappointing

Oil service and microfilter service was good but problem remains with noisy drivers chair and noise coming from the top of car antanee (next to rear view mirror) just above drivers head, sounds like a hard drive syncing (loud). Been a year like this

Would have been higher, but I had to chase throughout the day for updates. At certain time there was no answer in service or sales, so had to call reception.

after arriving to collect my car had to wait approx 15 minutes to get the car even though it was ready, that's a bit too long in my opinion which reduces the star waiting. Over £100 for brake fluid change is somewhat steep as well.

The last three services were great. There were no issues. However, when I had my MOT done they disconnected my BMW dash cam. It was fitted by a BMW dealer and has a simple off button. All wires were disconnected and the cam was ripped from the screen

The technically I believe the garage must have done all the checks amd necessary work, but car interior was more dirty than at the time of handover. Black stains were left on matts.

My vehicle was in for some work under warranty BMWwere refusing to do the work under warranty as someone had left a cover off.I would like to point out that BMW are the only ones to have worked on my vehicle and therefore must have been BMW

ordered park assist, salesperson said not been fitted, would message BMW to find out why and perhaps arrange an upgrade in software/hardware. I discovered by reading handbook it does have Park Assist. Poor product knowledge, could have walked away.
