Not taking the excellent performance of the car into account, I was given a fantastic welcome, was looked after during my whole time there and the work was done in fantastic time.
They did nothing wrong
Did the job in a day which was good but the follow up part has not yet arrived from Germany and no one has communicated availability. I had to call to get an update. There is no pro active action here!
Collection and delivery on times stated with no hiccups.

The staff kept me informed as to how my MOT was progressing, I received a text message and email from BMW showing me a video clip of my vehicle undergoing an inspection which I thought was professional.I am happy BMW also washed my vehicle for me.

Nice to be kept informed of the progress in repairing the vehicle. Was allowed to leave a replacement loan vehicle on site until it could be collected by LCH.
I was not welcomed by reception, felt like I was not a valued customer and compared to other BMW garages this was not a nice experience. Car park was full and very hard to park and then when I took my car it had been parked blocked in by other cars.
They replaced my battery and did mot and service excellent service thanks to Yiriy lvaskiv.
Service was quick . Car came out shining . Sat in warm comfy chair in reception and waited for my car . Cant ask for more .

They couldnt find a fault and didnt do any basic filter cleans or engine flush for issue.

Really a good service, impressed with the video showing the checks and how quick they were.
Once at the dealership Ellie in reception was extremely helpful and seemed to make a great effort to get my problem resolved quickly and efficiently.
They had the car for 8 working days to fix it which I think was too long for the fault. However I told them that I'd need it back after five working days at which point they gave me a great loan car.
Following the service, I had a rattle from the front of the car. Opened up the bonnet to discover your mechanics had left one of their tools in the engine bay. Not particularly happy about that as I was about to do a long 300 mile journey.

Friendly and helpful staff
I struggled to get my brake pads fitted within a week at a BMW garage. They fitted me in and had the job done by lunchtime Friday- the car was going on a long journey to north east England that day. I was pleased it was safe.
Service team member (Lexi?) was very helpful throughout process and kept me posted. Video update is an excellent feature that not all BMW service centres provide. All in all very happy with my experience at BMW Berry.

All excellent and very helpful. Worked hard to make the deal work, kept us informed all the way through the process. Only negative was the length of time we had to wait on pickup day, which meant it was dark by the time we saw the car.
It was all amazing... the wait was very long which was a shame... and communication throughout was poor!
