Following the service, I had a rattle from the front of the car. Opened up the bonnet to discover your mechanics had left one of their tools in the engine bay. Not particularly happy about that as I was about to do a long 300 mile journey.
Great Service received from my contact Service person and as such have decided to take my car to Berry's Heathrow for servicing etc. going forward.
Good service and work staff professional
I struggled to get my brake pads fitted within a week at a BMW garage. They fitted me in and had the job done by lunchtime Friday- the car was going on a long journey to north east England that day. I was pleased it was safe.
Friendly and helpful staff
Service team member (Lexi?) was very helpful throughout process and kept me posted. Video update is an excellent feature that not all BMW service centres provide. All in all very happy with my experience at BMW Berry.
Berry Heathrow were very good resolving the breakdown issue and turned the car around quickly. Sent me a video of the undercar inspection they carried out which failed to notice the leaking differential,check-sheet ticked as NO leaks. It is leaking!

I was promised a automatic courtesy vehicle and booked on that particular due to the availability of an automatic. The service it self was straight forward not much communication with the team, no video sent from the service dept as advised

I booked the service online but wasn't given a wait appointment option. When I delivered the car I had to wait 6 hours at Berry Heathrow to get it serviced.
I am always sent a video
The significant amount of money it ended up costing was unexpected as I did not know a big service was due but a lot of attention was paid to detail and BMW staff members were very considerate as they asked if they should go ahead with the work.
Fast efficient and helpful - only downside was that the car was not spotless and shinning after being cleaned. I would have liked it to have been valeted as I had paid over £500 for my service.

The video that was sent was useful and gains trust.
Again the booking process was cumbersome but once we got past those, experience has been seamless and i was being kept up-to-date.
Customer service is good
My car has only had one service and recently had its last free service now it's 3 years old and I haven't had any problems with it so far. Every time I contact the service centre they have been most courteous.

This dealership has failed on multiple occasions to fix known faults with our vehicle. The service department of this dealership lets the sales side down as their customer care is woeful.

My car was fixed within a couple of days and was waiting for me when I went to collect it. As usual, it had been washed and cleaned and looked brand new again.

We had to drive an hour from home to pick our car up after breakdown instead of them dropping car off at our local BMW at the cost of fuel to ourselves
Initially my old car was booked in by mistake so can't say "completely" but this was a human error anyone could make. Once resolved the service recovery and rest of experience was excellent.
I was disappointed with the reaction of the service advisors response to my complaint of my car being dirty, almost to a degree of she didn't care.
After delivery the service was completed within the day with all necessary updates....counter staff very helpful assisting my wife and I to re connect our phones with car bluetooth

Left out stars because they did not fix the back light when it was discussed and agreed it will be done. I was told it was done only to pick up the car and see it was not. Very disappointing

They seem to have resolved the issue with the breaks but I didn't receive any information about the overall service. I explained that I was unhappy with the brake pads getting worn and needing to be replaced so quickly but the response wasn't great.

Oil service and microfilter service was good but problem remains with noisy drivers chair and noise coming from the top of car antanee (next to rear view mirror) just above drivers head, sounds like a hard drive syncing (loud). Been a year like this

Almost everything perfect
Would have been a little better if I could have had the showroom experience whilst going through Tony Lewis, however I was informed there was no money in the deal left for those perks. I am satisfied with the rest of the experience.
