Technical work was excellent and resolved the fault. Advisor initially resisted a phased repair approach and raised her voice when discussing the diagnostic fee on a £2.5k bill. Replaced parts were left in boot; interior uncleaned.

Very poor. Awful communication and when I collected the car after the full Aircon service, it blew nothing but hot air. Beforehand it was partially effective, but now zero cold air. Clearly there was no test done after the work.

I was not updated on my vehicles progress. My several phone calls went unanswered. I was told my car would be ready by lunchtime, but obviously wasn't prioritised, therefore it took all day before it was ready to collect.

The car came in specifically for a clonk on front suspension/steering. I demonstrated the noise to the check in guy and he made a note on the job sheet. The technician comments in the video that he doesn't understand written note from his colleague.
