Mostly ok. Less than usual levels of communication. Had to chase (though the rep acknowledged with gift bag. I asked for my good condition tyre to be kept to use as an emergency back up. That wasn't done or even addressed, losing me that tyre.

I was sent a voice mail with an offer for a service. When I called to take up the offer no one would believe what was said in the voice mail. I was assured that the recording would be listened to and I would get a call back. Nothing.

Carpet floor mat on the driver's side was soiled with what seemed like mud/oil. Smearing of similar material was found on my leather steering wheel (which left marks), gear stick and dashboard control buttons. Very unhappy. Staff was careless.

Came in for a recall, and it included a general check, where it was said there was a major leak and it was just the sump plug not tightened causing the leak. And also broke my blind spot mirror on the outside.

My car suffered a sudden loss of coolant. Berry Heathrow were good enough to accept my car in as an emergency repair. Becuase the car was young and low mileage, BMW nearly halved my large bill. That was fantastic service Mr Darren Price! Thank You!

The 5 points comes from the fact that the guys at the reception were very polite and helpful. But after I collected my car, I never noticed until the next day, that whoever dealt with the cleaning of the car messed up big time.

I have use berry in the past for servicing my car and found the service to be good. I took my vehicle back for an MOT and damage was done to my car but Berry have said it was nothing to do with them.

They are unable to confirm on the phone if the EGR cooler will be checked on replaced. Apparently they can only confirm on the day. Very misleading info on phone vs when you drop the car.

Rapid service I am used to other BMW service centres asking whether I was having any problems. This did not happen on this occasion. The car park needed a Marshall to organise customers which is a result of a very small car park

BMW (Berry Heathrow) charged me £150 for a BMW recognised, water sloshing noise, faut which should behave been fixed free of charge. William Manchester (from whom I purchased the BMW approved vehicle) asked me to contact customer service.

Why do I have to drop off my car at 8-10am to only be told it could be there until 5pm for a 1-2 hour job? Plus there was no Comms beforehand on how long it would take.
