High costs. Lack of detailed information about why gearbox not working - my car has 41,000 miles on the clock, had been maintained well. To be told that this can sometimes happen leads me to believe that there is a fault with r design of the gearbox.

They have managed to recover my 750e from a very difficult location, I was informed all the time about the work carried out and they repaired the car very well under the warranty terms.

Car was brought in for a minor repair. Noticed two scratches on the car that weren't there. We were told that CCTV will be checked and they will get back. But didn't happen. Had to email and bring in the car. One query still unanswered.

Unfortunately the emails were confusing. It stated that they were 2 red items, gave the cost and that I needed to authorise the work. Then I received another email contradicting this. I telephoned and was told BMW couldn't do 1 red item.
