Work was performed thoroughly, and timings were accurate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Small point, that service light on dashboard was not updated.

I'm please with the check-in process, welcome offered by the girls in the reception and the quality of service. Only one minor oversight: my car wasn't washed despite my request.

I opted for key drop off at reception instead of the locker system. On arrival I was directed to a parking space, and there was somebody ready to take my keys. A quick confirmation of the work to be done and I was away. Pick up was as easy, all good.

After I collected my car there was an awful noise by the a/c, since I collected my car on Saturday I wouldn't speak anyone from the service. I spoke to the reception and told service manager will call me a week ago ans nobody called me yet

Very smooth operationally, comfortable wait and speedy service. Only issue was the original service was set to be a collection and drop off by Christie's and instead I had to drive to Heathrow after it had all been confirmed.
