MOT certificate states Pass with defects - wiper blades and OSR tyre, both of which were replaced? The two tyres that were replaced then had tyre pressure warnings at the weekend, so I have pumped them up - hopefully will be OK now.

Very poor. Awful communication and when I collected the car after the full Aircon service, it blew nothing but hot air. Beforehand it was partially effective, but now zero cold air. Clearly there was no test done after the work.

I was not updated on my vehicles progress. My several phone calls went unanswered. I was told my car would be ready by lunchtime, but obviously wasn't prioritised, therefore it took all day before it was ready to collect.
