Wasn't aware of vehicle check as was not scheduled, I should have been informed about it. Also was charge for screen wash, which i could have done it myself as the tank wasn't empty. I felt I was robbed being a regular customer for all these years.

Carried out MOT. As soon as I arrived, a gentleman showed me where to park. Key drop off was swift. I enquired about a dashcam which someone helped me with. I couldn't get my car out at the end of the day but someone helped drive it out the space.

When car was booked in for spark plugs service, i requested to check one of the washer fluid nosel which was blocked but was not checked. Also asked for a complementary car wash ,but the car was still dirty when i picked it up end of the day.

I opted for the complementary car washing at the end of MOT. I waited for 45 minutes for that, but it turned out the car was not washed at all!! It's disappointing for the first time of BMW service. Other than that, Gracie was very helpful.

Failed MOT - For CV Gator that had split. This was replaced and looked at prior to the MOT 4 wks prior The standards aren't as exacting as professed to be - Especially when paying a premium for servicing etc. It leaves me with very little faith.

Service and MOT - 7 days. Part delays, tool delay, not ideal. BUT, communication by the person looking after me was 1st class. I didn't need to chase for updates, courtesy car offered for the weekend. Avneet is a credit to your firm.
