The opening hours are somewhat inflexible.
Sharon kept me up dated while my car was being serviced, which is very helpful, she phoned at least 3 times and was so happy o get the car back looking lovely and clean. A Big Thankyou to everyone who helped.
Service & MOT cost almost £600 I expected to pay around half that. Is a 'Vehicle check' really necessary when I am also doing an MOT ??

Happy with all aspects of the service, but the service log was not updated on my car. I had the car collected for my service. It's inconvenient for me to get to the service centre to fix this issue. Very disappointed that a standard step was missed.

I had a knocking issue with the car. Gemma at the service department kept me informed the whole way through the issue. I've now had a new rear diff fitted under the manufactures warranty.

The spares person ordered me in the wrong part which cost me another £8 because he didn't order it properly, I had to pay there and then the extra cost which I shouldn't have had to, inexperienced personnel I suppose.
The broken glass had not been cleaned from inside the car when `i arrived to pick up my vehicle.

Not worth for single star. Worst customer service service department never contact to update me. My gearbox is having issues and from day one they mislead me and always changed their statements for faults. Not satisfied with their reports.
Oil level indicator did not register full, rectified itself after vehicle driven for a while and Vehicle Report provided related to someone else with their personal contact details. Assured that mine had not been provided to someone else.

Went to pick my car up after service and only to find out that the car keys had been miss placed. So then they gave me a courtesy car so I could get to work on my I get a phone call they had found my keys so I turned back to get my car. No discount

Service light was still ON After the Service , I have to come back the next day to reset the Service Light . Service Representation ring me and told my Car was ready for collection, when I went there I had to wait for 1hr before I could get my Car

Great customer service, car returned in the best condition, reached out to me about the blocked windscreen washer and did their best to get it back into operation that was absolutely neglected at Brentford over the past few years.
I have given my car for fuel pump warning, they told me fuel pump needs to replaced, charged me 700£ and told me it is all fixed. But problem came back same day, gave it back, charged 322£ again to fix with dents on my car, now car broke again samefa

I took me 2 days of chasing Berry at Heathrow to get an MOT appointment booked. Once booked, the service was fine although my next service according to the indicator says this month - this can't be right?
Car collection delivery service was booked. Collection was great.Return was very poor. Delayed return, no info given when I rang was told on route.45 mins later no sign.Rang back spoke to receptionist who was abrupt and hung up on me when I chased
Could not fault the work and attention to detail
The experience was a good one with just a couple of minor things that could be improved: There was confusion as to what the car was booked in for which I had to explain. The car was not washed as I had been lead to believe it would be.
When I phoned to book the appointment I was advised it would take approx. an hour, when I arrived at Berry Heathrow I was advised it would take 90 minutes. Overall I sat in the showroom waiting area for over 2 hours!! It was like a sauna!
The communications, advice and timing was great as I knew exactly what to expect. The issue with the rear seat was corrected to my utmost satisfaction.

My car was serviced to a hush standard and ready on time.
After the test drive I went to configure a X5 and the system was down so could not do that. I would have expected the salesman to call me back the next day or day after. Till this day no one has from Berry Heathrow.

I was not impressed at having to pay for my vehicle to be collected and returned. Is the alternative to wait at your showroom? The service itself seems satisfactory.
