Difficulty in contacting service department, they need an answer machine
Great customer service, car returned in the best condition, reached out to me about the blocked windscreen washer and did their best to get it back into operation that was absolutely neglected at Brentford over the past few years.
I have given my car for fuel pump warning, they told me fuel pump needs to replaced, charged me 700£ and told me it is all fixed. But problem came back same day, gave it back, charged 322£ again to fix with dents on my car, now car broke again samefa

I took me 2 days of chasing Berry at Heathrow to get an MOT appointment booked. Once booked, the service was fine although my next service according to the indicator says this month - this can't be right?
Could not fault the work and attention to detail
The experience was a good one with just a couple of minor things that could be improved: There was confusion as to what the car was booked in for which I had to explain. The car was not washed as I had been lead to believe it would be.
When I phoned to book the appointment I was advised it would take approx. an hour, when I arrived at Berry Heathrow I was advised it would take 90 minutes. Overall I sat in the showroom waiting area for over 2 hours!! It was like a sauna!
The communications, advice and timing was great as I knew exactly what to expect. The issue with the rear seat was corrected to my utmost satisfaction.
My car was serviced to a hush standard and ready on time.

After the test drive I went to configure a X5 and the system was down so could not do that. I would have expected the salesman to call me back the next day or day after. Till this day no one has from Berry Heathrow.

Technicians are great. Receptionists never call back after agreeing. Have to go inside to book an appointment! Can't do anything with you over the phone
Once at the Service desk the staff have been very helpful and warranty work done well.
Was kept informed
As explained previously, regarding my air conditioner issue. I would also like to say that my car was not complimentary cleaned after my service aswell. Even though other cars were cleaned - mine was not.
It took a very long time before the issue was faced and sorted
Staff member Deep was very courteous, reassured me that they will try to fix my car as soon as they diagnose the problem, kept me informed about the options and the progress of the repair. Collection of the car was also an easy process.
Despite some technical issues that meant I had to return, these were dealt with to my satisfaction and couldn't have been treated any better by the service centre, hopefully five stars next time.....

Poor customer service, original sales person was slow to answer emails and follow up. Moved over to Humza who has been good this far. Rudeness from senior management who were disorganised and repeatedly asked us to come in.
Prompt and courteous service. Service was done on time and communication was good.
Too quick and feed back given before collecting the car
The fix on my car was quick, BUT my replacement car was poor. I had to arrange the pickup of replacement myself, if I hadn't the replacement car would still be sitting outside my house. The car wasn't cleaned when it was returned.
I had the waiting appointment and it was serviced on-time. I had a place to work while I waited. Brilliant.

Since I've brought my vehicle, I've dealt with two people at BMW Heathrow Stephanie Rout and Carlton King. Both have been very professional and treated me as more then just a customer when I've come in or made enquiries.
Could not collect or deliver my car at a convenient time. Prices are too high for MOT/service/diagnostics/bodyshop compared with other dealerships. My car wasn't valeted after my booking. I had to wait 30 mins extra.
My airbag was not replaced, I do not trust my car now.
The service was exceptional though the valet to the car was poor.

Poor service and damaged my car while in for a service & refused to compensate me.
