Very good service as usual. I gave 4.5 stars because I thought I asked for the brake fluid to be changed in addition to the service, brake pads etc. It wasn't so I now have an extra trip to make. If I am wrong then I give 5 stars.
Everything was OK. Car cleaned. Only small problem was the seat had been moved (understandably) but took me a while to adjust to suit me.

Efficient and quick
Difficult to book an appointment. Never get called back as promised. Have had to resort to driving to the premises to book services / repairs. No confirmation of service booking either by email or sms. Service not in line with bmw standards intl.
The fault (intermittent) has not been resolved, this has been acknowledged so the next time it's in it will be further reviewed/diagnosed.
When I take my car to Berry in Chiswick the car is always given a courtesy valet. At Heathrow it received a quick power hose on the outside!
BWM Heathrow have serviced my car well and seen they been honest and professional so far to my experience

Not going to recommend bmw Berry Heathrow As the scratched my steering wheel in the car and not taking liability. Before my service there was no marks and when I got it back there was a scratch on it.
I emailed about needing mot and had to have car picked up and they emailed straight back and picked up and sorted car the following day
Third time using Berry Heathrow and it has been a great experience. Dealing with Gemma Daly has been amazing. Super helpful all the time. Even when I cancelled the appointment she contacted me to arrange a booking again.
Great care and diligent workmanship. However, no courtesy car or option to drop off was available as I was told no driver was on ground which isn't too encouraging for customers who have to find their way back and forth for drop off and pick up.
I wasn't allowed a loan vehicle due to having points on my license. It was a shame because I have had loan vehicles from Berry Heathrow for the past four years and never a problem.
The initial contact could have been better, however, good service from thereon.

The service experience good. However, the replacement OBD cover which I purchased From the on-site parts store and asked to be fitted didn't happen.
Courtesy cars should be free. To attempt to make a charge, particularly when a vehicle is being worked on under warranty is not good practice and presents a penny pinching view, from a customers perspective.
The opening hours are somewhat inflexible.

Sharon kept me up dated while my car was being serviced, which is very helpful, she phoned at least 3 times and was so happy o get the car back looking lovely and clean. A Big Thankyou to everyone who helped.

Service & MOT cost almost £600 I expected to pay around half that. Is a 'Vehicle check' really necessary when I am also doing an MOT ??

Happy with all aspects of the service, but the service log was not updated on my car. I had the car collected for my service. It's inconvenient for me to get to the service centre to fix this issue. Very disappointed that a standard step was missed.

I had a knocking issue with the car. Gemma at the service department kept me informed the whole way through the issue. I've now had a new rear diff fitted under the manufactures warranty.

Difficulty in getting from BMW to home then back to collect the car later in the day.
We left the car at the Sofitel, went on holiday to come back to a fully serviced car, spotlessly clean inside and out.
