The service from Ryan and Keith at Berry BMW made the process very easy - my huge disappointment was with BMWFS, they did not pay out on the car is a timely manner which meant I was stuck at the dealer for 4hrs waiting to drive home and consequential

From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service is a priority for everyone there. Multiple staff members checked in to make sure we were comfortable and that everything was going smoothly, even though we weren't their direct customer
