After sales care was very poor. On hindsight I should not of changed from the dealership I have always dealt with and from whom I receive a number of VIP offers along with invitations to various events and hospitality.

A thorough going over of my car, work completed within good timeframe, excellent car washing & valet & although offered a discount the billing was confusing for me. The cost of the investigation should be included at all stages of communication.

The team at BMW Heathrow were excellent and went out their way to help resolve this problem. It was not their fault but the fault of the 'powers that be' at BMW to agree to replace a substandard piece of equipment on a new vehicle.

Dealt with the issue swiftly. Identified some other upcoming issues and gave a date to sort those. Just wished they had dealt with the battery issue instead of hoping it would charge up ( it didn't)

After fixing a brake lights failure warning at Berry Heathrow, two days passed and the same warning reappeared. Now, I need to go back there, leave the vehicle for I don't know how long and no courtesy car will be provided or available.

My last visit was an MOT service, at which point I realised the cost of fixing the EGR was a step too far, so I will have to scrap or sell it. Alpesh, managed my expectations as to the costs of fixing it, and gave helpful advice.

The service provided by Berry BMW was good, though I was shocked at the labour cost of £1200+ to replace engine cover cap which vibrates at higher revs and a whining noise. I just paid the investigation cost of £150 as replacement cost seemed high.

I'm not sure what the policy is but if you are going to clean the car it needs to be to be done to a high standard the inside was dirty you could see where someone was in the car and didn't vacuum up the mess after also the alloys had grease over it

I have Significant battery drain after driving 3 to 4 miles: Despite mentioning this issue, no one addressed it during the appointment. Instead, I received a quick tutorial on the car's dashboard and speedometer.

I requested to check rear suspension, they replaced air spring only one side, i had to book 2nd appt to replace spring on the other side, they charged £485 as Labour cost to replace air spring which seems a rip off

Although most things were fixed, an ongoing squeak was not (mechanics couldn't find the cause). Also £170 for stabilisation of a slightly wobbly wing-mirror seems excessive. Although I like the service I don't think I can afford to come back.

My car was at the service centre for almost 3 months and the issue was not resolved despite replacing several parts. I gave my car to repair power supply error and got the car back with drivetrain error which was never existing in the first place

Dissatisfied as bmw genuine part removed from my vehicle then to be told parts fitted to my vehicle are none genuine bmw parts further work won't be covered by warranty as the parts aren't genuine.
